Product return form

Right of withdrawal from the contract:

"Withdrawal from the contract" represents your legal right to cancel a placed order by returning the products.

This right is regulated by the legislation in force, according to Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts.

You can benefit from this legal right if the return conditions are met, which you can find detailed below:

Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order, without having to justify the withdrawal decision, and the return is FREE.

To return products, please follow the steps below:

1. Inform us about your decision :

• Complete the return form below or download it from here . If you choose to download the form, please send it to the Herbal Therapy team at shop@herbal-therapy.ro . Herbal Therapy will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email without delay within 2 business days.

2. Returning products :

• Our team will send a courier to the address you provided to pick up the package, at no additional cost for shipping. If you prefer to use another courier service with which we do not have commercial relations, the shipping cost will be borne by you.

3. Reception and verification of the package :

• Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will check if the return conditions are met, which you can also find in the Terms and Conditions. Once the return is accepted, we will process the refund of the value of the products.

4. Return conditions :

• Please ensure that the returned products are in perfect and impeccable condition, unused and unsealed, in the original and undamaged packaging.

• Products must be returned together with all accessories, samples or gifts received, to the following address: Strada Fantanii No. 17, Brașov, Romania, Postal Code 500482 , together with the completed return form and the shipping notice, in which you specified the returned products.
