DELIVERY METHODS

SameDay 21 RON

FREE delivery on orders over 300 RON. Ordered products are delivered to your home address by Sameday.

Your order will be delivered the next day after it is shipped from our warehouse.

Payment for the package can be made cash on delivery or when placing the order by bank transfer and credit card. Deliveries are made only within Romania.

RETURN METHODS

Step 1. Fill out the return form with the invoice number, customer identification data, order placement date, account number where the refund will be made, reason for return. Or you can contact us by phone or email and an operator will ask for your identification data to complete the return.

Step 2. Pack the products carefully and add the invoice to the package. Products can only be returned unopened and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear or other damage caused by the customer.

Step 3. Send the package via SameDay courier or mail to the address: Brașov, Cartier Stupini, Str. Fântânii 17; identification data: Herbal Therapy Laboratories SRL; phone: +40 733 950 215. Keep in mind that we do not cover the cost of shipping in the return process.

Step 4. From the moment the products reach us, your money will be refunded within 14 days to the account you specified in the return form.
